BUSINESS VALUATION / GOODWILL APPRAISER | APPRAISAL
How do you evaluate a business valuation? The valuation of a company based on the revenue is calculated by using the company's total revenue before subtracting operating expenses and multiplying it by an industry multiple. The industry multiple is an average of what companies usually sell for in the given industry. The formula is quite simple: business value equals assets minus liabilities. Your business assets include anything that has value that can be converted to cash, like real estate, equipment or inventory. Liabilities include business debts, like a commercial mortgage or bank loan taken out to purchase capital equipment.
As a skilled appraiser, I am able to undertake a range of valuation services including business appraisal valuation and goodwill appraisal, but my expertise also extends to the reporting of a personal property appraisal.
The appraisal of personal property is a highly nuanced and complex field that requires an in-depth understanding of both the market and the items themselves. From antiques to collectibles to fine art, there are a wide variety of items that require appraisal in order to be accurately valued for estate planning, insurance purposes, or sale.
In my role as a personal property appraiser, I draw upon my extensive knowledge of the industry to accurately evaluate and appraise each individual item. Whether I am appraising a priceless piece of fine art or a cherished family heirloom, I always approach the task with care and attention to detail, ensuring that every appraisal is both fair and accurate.
From start to finish, I am dedicated to providing the highest quality appraisal services possible, taking the time to answer any questions or concerns my clients may have and working closely with them to ensure they receive the best possible outcome. Whether you require an appraisal for estate planning or insurance purposes, I am confident that my expertise and dedication to quality will ensure that you receive the best possible service.
