- Responsible for home service/warranty department,
- Following Tarion guidelines with new homeowners,
- Perform pre-delivery inspections and reviews with homeowners,
- Bargaining and negotiating with homeowners,
- Resolving deficiency items with Tarion representatives, homeowners and subcontractors,
- Scheduling and coordinating trades to complete any incomplete items throughout homes,
- Setting weekly goals for the service team for quota,
