We are pleased to welcome Mr. Frank Nacci as a multidisciplinary Operations Officer, in his roles of Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Nacci brings with him a wealth of business experience and expertise. As the President and Chief Operations Officer of Galaxy Electric Group of Companies, Frank has built the company into one of the largest electrical suppliers for new home developments across Southwestern Ontario. Frank is bringing over 30+ years of experience and familiarity with the residential development industry to Action Auctions to help us serve our clientele better.
We are leaders in a sales process when both bidders/buyers decide based on facts and with transparency. Our Auctioneer’s proven experience in providing solutions for clients converting assets to cash, from cups to saucers; farms, land, buildings, equipment, and, all personal property. Working in conjunction with your preferred realtor/broker provides you peace of mind throughout the entire auction process. Our client’s realtor/broker or ours will handle the entire purchasing process. All auctions are listed on MLS in the same way as any other brokerage would offer a property for sale. Sellers benefit from hiring an Auctioneer for the sale that works as a TEAM to sell properties at auction. Once the auction is "in session" bids, bidding commences. Buyers and Brokers can log in to the website via their computer or mobile device to view the current bid.
Frank will continue to operate Galaxy Electric Group of companies in addition to his duties as Operations Officer, in his roles of CEO and CFO for Action Auctions Inc. He will continue to stay on top of the new-build residential development industry. His knowledge, experience, and insight will be an ongoing asset for both Action Auctions and our clientele.

Mr. Piruzza is well known by the legal community his proven experience in areas of Contracts, Torts, and Criminal Procedure. He has extensive experience in the preparation and trial of civil claims with being extremely knowledgeable of administrative, tribunal procedures, rules of evidence, and trial practices. Mr. Piruzza's knowledge, experience and insight will be an ongoing asset for both Action Auctions and our clientele.

Mr. Maio is known to be detailed-oriented; reliable, and forward-thinking, with verifiable track record of accomplishing assigned duties by coordinating and building positive rapport with co-workers. He is well organized and able to manage various projects, tasks and priorities in a timely manner. With Mr. Maio's efficiency techniques through experience as a Transportation Manager brings to the strength of our team.

With 5+ years proven experience that possesses a strong first hand knowledge of working for local builders. Well known in the industry for being very familiar with Tarion guidelines; able to carry out pre-delivery inspections, effectively bargain and negotiate with homeowners, resolving deficiency items with tarion representatives, along both with homeowners, subcontractors, and by coordinating the appropriate trades for customer satisfaction.
Our diverse team is skilled in various project management systems and has a deep understanding of troubleshooting any issue. We are known as problem solvers and have consistently ensured that any emergencies are addressed promptly, leading to the resolution of issues within specified timelines.
